  Fix filter commands are not created after other commands Steps to reproduce: 1) Modify a filter on a timeline clip 2) Move the timeline clip 3) Modify the filter again Since the filter was not reselected, modificatoins for step 3 do not result in an undo command. This change detects that situation and creates a new command.

  Fix clip left behind after two move operations The undo helper only saves info for tracks that were affected. So we can not merge two move operations if they affected different tracks.   Fix crash when switching proxy on/off The close() signal from the multitrack model eventuallys causes th MLT producer to close. So do not call it when loading.

  Optimize timeline project loading Unsubscribe from events until after the project is loaded. This avoids handling events that are not needed. For example, previously, audio waveforms were generated twice due to events that were triggered while a project is loaded. (cherry picked from commit db91b886a89ad5967748d1f2a17733b87540a6b6)
